Yahoo groups is permanently closing (people have already abandoned it, but now it has a deadline) and all content will be deleted, not archived. If your organization used it, you might want to review to see if you need to make copies of anything.

security: people are asking if two-factor Authentication is safe. Even if there have been exploits in soecific cases, they are blown out of proportion in comparison to the safety you gain from using it. Headlines are proclaiming that two-factor authentication has been hacked. That in no way means you shouldn't use it. Your account is still much safer with two-factor enabled.
