Easier iPhone 6 Battery Replacement - Bettnet.com

If you have an iphone 6/6plus etc, you only have a few days left to take advantage of the 29$ battery replacement. You can fill out a form, choose a local UPS store, get the email from apple authorizing the replacement order, take the phone to UPS, show them the email... and they will send it off immediately. You should get phone back in 5-10 days per apple. https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/battery-power "Take your product to The UPS Store and show this email to the representative. Your Repair ID should be available in the UPS system within an hour of the time you requested service. If UPS has no record of your Repair ID, wait a few minutes. Send us only the product itself. If you include any accessories with the product, we won't be able to return them to you. UPS will supply the packaging, ship your product using the Apple Corporate Account work order, and not bill you for the transaction. "

If you don't want to stand in line at an Apple Store for your iPhone 6 battery replacement, there is an easier method by mailing it in.

Now Windows 10 Has C, B, and D Updates. What is Microsoft Smoking?

Windows10 users: normally updates are monthly, on patch Tuesday (2nd Tuesday of a month usually)) with bug fixes and security updates. However, if you manually check for updates in the "settings" section, at other times of the month, you may get prompted to download updates that are not mainstream and are less tested ... In fact, you become an unwitting tester. https://www.howtogeek.com/398226/now-windows-10-has-c-b-and-d-updates.-what-is-microsoft-smoking/

According to Microsoft, Windows 10 has “B,” “C,” and “D” updates—but never “A” updates! These updates are released at different times, contain different things, and are offered to different people. Let’s break all this down.

Microsoft ‘intends’ for its Chromium-based Edge browser to support existing Google Chrome extensions

So, Microsoft's Edge replacement (based on Chromium) will also support Google Chrome extensions like LastPass, Adblockplus, etc. https://9to5google.com/2018/12/10/microsoft-edge-google-chrome-extensions/

Google Fi

Google-fi: If you're an android user, Google has expanded the use of Google-FI to additional phones instead of just Google-branded phones. Google-Fi is a phone cellular plan that uses existing Sprint, Tmobile and U.S.Cellular networks, plus secure public wifi to give you a less expensive Voice/Data plan. The basic plan is $20 per month voice and $10 per GB data up to 6gb in a month, then overage is free. New to the plan is also a free "DATA ONLY" sim which can be put into tablets which have a Sim slot and thus share the data. AND AND AND... the data-only sim indeed works with cellular-enabled IPADS!!!! Roaming out of country is also cheaper.... "Enjoy free unlimited texting, affordable voice calling, and the same data prices you pay at home." You could even use other Android phones and Iphones on Fi, but you are restricted to a single network (T-Mobile) since it does not have the auto-switching capability of FI-enabled phones. You can port your existing phone number into Google-FI, or get a new number, or port your Google Voice number over (but you basically give up the Google voice line at that point). So far, the plan seems to work well on my Android phone which is Fi-enabled. Phones which are fully Fi-enabled are the Google Pixel (both models of 3, and the 2XL), Moto G6, LG V35 ThinQ. LG G7 ThinQ, and Android One Moto X4. https://fi.google.com/about/
